Stafford Gatehouse Theatre will play host next week to a free workshop led by Clinical Hypnotherapist, Tracy Swift, aimed at helping men with depression.
Part of a series of free workshops available throughout the UK during the last week of April 2017, for men with depression.
The workshops are aimed at helping participants to feel free from the effects of depression and specifically for men who hide their emotions.
