Burlesque and variety show returns to the MET for the festive season with its biggest line-up to date!

Très Très Cabaret returns next month with an evening of cheeky decadence and a bumper line-up sure to make the festive season go with a bang!

With a glass of bubbly on arrival, you can take your seat in the secluded intimacy of the MET Studio, before sampling the saucy delights that Très Très has to offer. And what a selection we have in store…

Making her Très Très debut at Dec 28th’s show is none other than international showgirl sensation PINKY DEVILLE!

Pinky DeVille combines exquisite costuming, devilish curves and a rock & roll swagger – with a nod to the golden age ecdysiasts of the past. She’s appeared on stages from Sheffield to San Francisco, and now gets to add Stafford to that list!

The holiday season just isn’t complete with a visit from that one special guy spreading joy and cheer.

No, we’re not talking about Santa, but the one and only KIKI LOVECHILD who’s making a welcome return to Très Très Cabaret! His gorgeous routines will warm the coldest of hearts and bring a cheery tear to the eye.

Adding to Dec 28th’s bumper line-up is everyone’s favourite crazy Russian (with a penchant for paint thinners) NATALIA KALASHNIKOV! Bringing madness, mayhem and methylated spirits to the Très Très stage, Natalia is one act not to be missed!

In order to make Très Très Cabaret’s festive extravaganza extra special, this show features the first ever appearance of a dance troupe on the Très Très stage! THE FLAMING FEATHERS will be razzle-dazzling and shimmy shaking like there’s no tomorrow with their vintage styling and classic routines!

Completing this stellar line-up is the phenomenal TALULAH BLUE!

With a history of classical dance and natural charm, this fabulous follie's performances feature burlesque and classic circus, in a style harking back to eras gone by. This vaudevillian showgirl has graced stages from London to Berlin, Dubai to Hong Kong. Some bookings were so exclusive she can't even tell you about them! Shhhh…

All of this personally selected for your entertainment by our resident producer, promoter and performer: STAGE DOOR JOHNNY!  A flirtatious, lyrical lothario and seasoned comic raconteur with razor-sharp wit, he'll have you grinning, giggling and eating from the palm of his hand - sometimes literally.

This show is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a song in your heart!  So what are you waiting for?  Book while you still can!

Très Très Cabaret will be performed in The MET Studio at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre on Thursday 28th December at 8pm. Tickets are £20.50 and can be booked by calling the box office on 01785 619080 or by visiting www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk

Cast in town for rockin’ Robin Hood Panto

The cast of Stafford Gatehouse Theatre’s latest rock ‘n’ roll pantomime, Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood, have arrived safe and sound in the county town and began rehearsals for this year’s show.

Each of the ten actor-musicians will spend three weeks preparing scenes, practicing choreography, and learning an array of rock ‘n’ roll classics ready for the opening performance on Thursday 7th December.

This year Stafford Gatehouse Theatre welcomes back the critically-acclaimed Creative Team behind last season’s show: Director Rob Salmon, Musical Director Craig Adams and Production Designer Deborah Mingham.

Robin Hood is already proving hugely popular, with nearly 12,000 tickets snapped up so far, and many performances close to capacity.

Our rock ‘n’ roll pantos have gone from strength to strength since we reintroduced the format a few years ago and Robin Hood is set to be our biggest and best yet” commented Producer Derrick Gask.

It’s fantastic to see so many people have bought their tickets to celebrate the festive season with us. Indeed, we have added in an extra date for the Adult Only performances this year to meet demand. With lots of peak performances nearing capacity I would encourage anyone who has not yet booked their tickets to do so quickly in order to avoid disappointment” concluded Gask.

Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood the rock ‘n’ roll panto will open on Thursday 7th December 2017 and run until Sunday 7th January 2018. Tickets are priced at £20 adult / £15.50 concessions / £66 family, with school and group discounts available via the box office only.

Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood will also see the return of the ever popular late night adult only performances. Due to increased demand for these shows, an extra date has been added to the performance schedule for 2017/18, meaning for the first time there will be three adult only performances on Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th January 2018.*

*Early booking for these performances is strongly advised as tickets are again expected to sell out fast.

Tickets can be booked by calling the box office on 01785 619080 or by visiting www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk
